Shipping Policy
This page describes how orders from BioScience Prime Labs are prepared, priced, and delivered. The rates below are the rates applied at checkout.
Processing
Orders are prepared for dispatch once payment and buyer qualification are confirmed. You receive tracking by email when the parcel leaves our facility. We do not publish a same-day cut-off time; if you need a shipment to move on a specific date, tell us before ordering through the contact form and we will confirm whether we can meet it.
Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $20.00 flat per order, anywhere in the United States. No per-item or weight-based charge.
- Orders over $350.00: shipping is free, applied automatically at checkout.
- Destinations: we ship within the United States only.
We do not ship outside the United States, so no customs charges, import duties, or brokerage fees apply to an order placed here.
Payment Processing Fee
Orders paid by card carry a processing fee of 3.5% plus $0.30, shown as a separate line on the order summary before you confirm. Methods settled outside the card rails do not carry this fee.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times depend on the carrier and the destination. Any estimate shown at checkout or in your confirmation email is the carrier's estimate, not a guarantee. We do not offer delivery-date guarantees, and a delayed shipment is not grounds for a refund of the merchandise.
Packaging and Handling
Peptides ship in lyophilized (freeze-dried) form, which tolerates ordinary transit without a cold chain in most cases. Compounds that require temperature control are packed with insulated materials and coolant. All shipments are tracked and packaged discreetly: the exterior carries no description of the contents beyond what carrier regulations require.
On arrival, move lyophilized material to −20°C or below, sealed and desiccated. Compound-specific storage guidance appears on individual product pages.
Restricted Destinations
We ship within the United States only and may decline to ship to any address. You are responsible for determining whether a compound may lawfully be possessed in your jurisdiction before ordering — see Terms of Service, Section 12.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Shipments
Title and risk of loss pass on delivery to the carrier. If a shipment arrives damaged, or contains an item other than what you ordered, report it within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and contents — see our Return & Refund Policy. For a parcel showing no carrier movement for an extended period, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.
